U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Mr. David William McLachlan-Karr, Regional Director for Asia-Pacific of the UN Development Coordination Office in Bangkok, at 1130 hrs on 28 August 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on continued cooperation on the development and humanitarian matters between the Government of Myanmar and the United Nations.
Also present at the meeting were the United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator ad interim, and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
